We provide advice and support to NHS researchers and other health and social care researchers in Kent, Surrey and Sussex to develop grant proposals.
Advice and support are best provided face-to-face but can also be given by phone and email. We are happy to meet you at a convenient time and place to discuss your research.
You may contact the RDS at any stage of your proposal development, but it is preferable to contact us at an early stage to discuss your ideas.
When you make a booking, your appointment will initially be with a generic research adviser. This first appointment will discuss the research idea, intended funding source and proposed method. If the idea meets with the RDS criteria and the proposal is sufficiently advanced, the adviser may arrange for you to meet a specialist adviser. You cannot book an appointment directly with a specialist adviser.
