Peter Williams (Research Adviser, Stats)
Peter Williams has worked as a quantitative statistics consultant in the Department of Mathematics at the University of Surrey since September 1990 and in that time has undertaken statistical analyses of over 300 medically orientated projects, in addition to providing statistical advice on many other proposed studies across the University.
Projects undertaken have ranged in nature from randomised controlled clinical trials (both human and veterinary) to large scale observational and epidemiological studies. He also provides statistical computing support for users of SAS and SPSS. Previously he spent six years at the Middlesex Hospital (London) working as a medical statistician.
