Anna-Marie Jones (RDS SE Research Adviser - Statistician)
Anna-Marie advises on all aspects of developing a research proposal from idea initiation, experimental design, methodology and statistical analysis.
Since 2000, Anna-Marie has gained a wide range of methodological and statistical experience working for the Office for National Statistics, in Market Research for both the public and private sector, evaluating the National Bowel Cancer Screening Programme for the Institute of Cancer Research and collaborating on the SIALON II Bio-behavioural HIV and STI surveillance project. Anna-Marie's research topics include developing mental health interventions, co-production, improving and increasing access to services for vulnerable populations (e.g. HEP C, HIV, voice hearing, depression and young people) and making good use of clinical data to inform patient care.
Anna-Marie is also the R&D Improvement Manager & Statistician for Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust and provides methodological and statistical support in the design of mental health clinical trials and developing grant proposals. She also supports the network of Early Career Researchers at the Trust.
